As Chief Operating Officer, Stephen oversees the organization's daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in business processes. This role includes developing operational strategies, managing resources, and enhancing departmental productivity. Stephen works closely with the CEO Michael and other executives to align operations with company goals, monitors performance indicators, optimizes supply chains, and drives improvements for customer satisfaction. Stephen has been with the brand since 2014 in multiple organizational roles within the brand. Stephen has represented the brand for over 10 years and has no plans of slowing down.
